GREAT when compared to the many other arthritis pain relievers I have used over the past few years. The fact is, this is the only one that I have experienced positive pain reduction and an increased range of motion. Easy to apply, not greasy, drys quickly, not messy at all, no odor, does not stain clothing. I have severe problems with shoulder pain and range of motion. In the short time I have been using this product (one tube) I have recognized a sizeable improvement. Instructions indicated using it four times daily, I only use it twice, once at night and once in the morning. Several of my friends have begun using the product and report the same results.
